The Franklin College Writing Intensive Program welcomes submissions from arts and sciences divisions and educators across various fields for creative undergraduate courses that promote writing.
Once more this year, divisions wishing to provide at least four WIP courses are encouraged to put forward a departmental proposal. The announcement for proposals and the submission form can be found online. Click here to initiate an online course or departmental proposal.
The Franklin College Writing Intensive Program strives to improve undergraduate education by highlighting the significance of writing in various fields. WIP offers “writing-intensive” courses across the college — ranging from art history to chemistry, and from music to genetics. Educators teaching WIP courses receive assistance from a WIP teaching assistant, specifically trained in writing-in-the-disciplines pedagogy.
For additional details, please visit the WIP website or contact Lindsey Harding via email at [email protected]. Proposals will be accepted until March 14.
