The University of Michigan Board of Regents is set to hold a special meeting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 17. This gathering will take place virtually. A live stream of the regents’ assembly can be accessed via the main U-M website or through this direct link: umich.edu/watch.
The regents will deliberate and vote on significant agenda topics, including a proposed agreement that would permit the university to build a new residential housing facility situated next to the University of Michigan Center for Innovation, which is anticipated to launch in Detroit in spring 2027.
The subsequent regular regents meeting is planned for September 18 in University Hall at the Alexander G. Ruthven Building.
