During its meeting on April 2, the Staff Council appointed officials for the upcoming year.

The officials who were newly appointed include Vice President Jennifer Leyting from the College of Veterinary Medicine; Coordinator Wendy Holland from the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources; Recording Secretary Mary Formo from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; and Treasurer Ashley Weed from the Odum School of Ecology.

They will officially assume their roles for the 2025-2026 academic year starting July 1.

Rebecca Mayo from the Office of Research is entering the second year of her term as the president of the Staff Council.
