Cybersecurity experts have revealed information about a novel supply chain assault method referred to as Rules File Backdoor, which impacts AI-driven code editors such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor, leading them to introduce harmful code.
“This strategy allows cybercriminals to discreetly breach AI-produced code by embedding concealed nefarious commands into what appears to be harmless
