Last month, I discussed the UK compelling Apple to compromise its Advanced Data Protection encryption in iCloud. More recently, both Sweden and France are considering enforcing back doors. These initiatives are attempting to intimidate the public into endorsing back doors, which are—undoubtedly—a dreadful concept.
