EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT

DATE: Halftime during the University of Michigan vs. Central Michigan University football match; kickoff is at noon on Sept. 13.

EVENT: The Michigan Marching Band of the University of Michigan will present music from the Broadway show and blockbuster movie “Wicked” in honor of the upcoming sequel, “Wicked: For Good.”

The performance will be a joint effort with the U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance, merging the abilities of the Michigan Marching Band, a keyboard percussion group from the Percussion Studio, along with vocals and choreography from the Department of Musical Theatre.

Musical pieces will feature:
“No One Mourns the Wicked”
“Popular”
“Dancing Through Life”
“Defying Gravity”

LOCATION: Michigan Stadium, 1201 S. Main St, Ann Arbor
