Florida State University is gearing up for FSU’s Great Give, its 14th yearly fundraising event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 5. This million-dollar initiative aims to enhance donor engagement and support for educational projects and programs that promote student achievement, faculty distinction, and innovation.

Sadiki Perry, the assistant director of digital and social giving within FSU’s Division of University Advancement’s Office of Annual Giving, expressed his motivation drawn from the steadfast backing exhibited by the worldwide FSU community.

“FSU’s Great Give embodies the persistent vigor of the Seminole spirit,” Perry remarked. “Every donation, regardless of size, contributes to advancing our university, creating opportunities that transform lives and influence futures.”

As one of the pioneering and most longstanding giving days in higher education, FSU’s Great Give consistently surpasses fundraising goals. During the 24-hour period, contributors can donate to over 100 programs from several colleges, schools, and departments across FSU.

Supporters are urged to connect with FSU’s Great Give on Facebook, Instagram, and X for live updates, donor milestones, and additional information throughout the event.

For those preferring to submit contributions via check or phone ahead of March 5, please include FSU’s Great Give in the memo line along with your designated fund. To be counted towards our total for the giving day, donations must arrive at the FSU Foundation located at 325 W. College Ave., Tallahassee, FL 32301 or (850) 644-2822 by 5 p.m. EST on March 5.
