Florida State University’s Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship (JMC) and Universal AI University (UAi) have initiated an innovative research and academic alliance aimed at enhancing understanding and application at the convergence of artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.
This strategic collaboration unites two internationally acclaimed institutions to work together on collective research, academic exchanges, and educational advancements, specifically focusing on how AI is reshaping entrepreneurial ecosystems — particularly concerning poverty reduction and family business growth.
JMC will offer pioneering entrepreneurship curriculum and expertise, whereas UAi will provide its advanced AI research and resources to students and faculty across both institutions. Their joint initiatives are designed to equip the forthcoming generation of entrepreneurs with the capabilities to leverage AI for economic and societal benefits.

A vital element of the collaboration will be a quarterly webinar series focusing on the convergence of AI and entrepreneurship, co-hosted by JMC and UAi. The first session is slated for 8 a.m. EST on Thursday, Sept. 4, and welcomes scholars, professionals, and students from across the globe.
In acknowledgment of its excellence in entrepreneurial education, JMC will act as a founding member of the UAi Center for AI and Entrepreneurship, contributing to the center’s vision, initiatives, and international partnerships.
