Florida State University Celebrates Spring 2025 Graduates with 350 Honors Medallions

Florida State University conferred honors medallions to 379 outstanding graduates during the Medallion Ceremony held on April 29 at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall.

The FSU Honors Program fosters the abilities and aspirations of some of the university’s most inquisitive scholars who possess the potential, commitment, and ambition for instigating change.

The event featured speeches from Dr. D. Craig Filar, associate dean of Honors, Scholars, and Fellows; Dr. Jai Vartikar, FSU’s First Lady; Skylar Ruffner, Outstanding Senior Scholar Graduate; Dr. Joe O’Shea, associate provost and dean of Undergraduate Studies; and Julie Decker, associate vice president of University Advancement, Alumni Engagement, and president of the FSU Alumni Association.
