Several manufacturing entities in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region have been subjected to phishing schemes aimed at distributing a recognized malware known as FatalRAT.
“The assault was executed by cybercriminals utilizing authentic Chinese cloud content delivery network (CDN) myqcloud and the Youdao Cloud Notes platform as elements of their attack framework,” Kaspersky ICS CERT stated on a Monday.
