The University of Georgia guarantees that every undergraduate scholar gains from practical education, often referred to as experiential learning (EL), prior to their graduation. Auxiliary Services is assisting undergraduates in meeting this criterion while benefiting from the students’ enthusiasm for their discipline and affection for UGA.
Since the previous spring, Business Analytics Manager Lianna McAuliffe has overseen four students from the Terry College of Business while they completed internships with Auxiliary Business Analytics.
“The students are eager for these prospects and are committed to the university as well. If you are passionate about coding, analytics, mathematics, and UGA, this is the place you want to be. It’s the ideal mutually beneficial partnership,” remarked McAuliffe.
Given that UGA’s dining, parking, and transit services are extensive, Auxiliary Services provides valuable datasets for students to engage with and learn from — far exceeding what they would encounter at many smaller enterprises.
