WashU Libraries has declared the recipients of this year’s Newman Exploration Travel Fund Awards.

The NEXT Award initiative is designed to assist Washington University in St. Louis students, faculty, and staff who aspire to discover this expansive world. Traveling can broaden one’s perspectives and foster development, excellence, and creativity while striving for both personal and professional aspirations.

Eight applicants have secured 2025 NEXT awards. The recipients consist of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as faculty and staff members.
