Project Title: Renovation of Husky Soccer Field

Proponent/Lead Agency: UW–Seattle Campus

Comment Period Ends: April 4, 2025

Overview: The anticipated project at the University of Washington aims to upgrade the turf of the Husky Soccer Field to enhance drainage and install new lighting fixtures to improve energy efficiency and optimize directional lighting for the field, while minimizing off-field illumination.

Site Location: The area designated for the project is primarily enclosed by the Husky Outdoor Track to the north, Canal Rd NE to the east, the Husky Baseball Field to the south, and Walla Walla Road NE and Lot E18 to the west.
