Cybersecurity organizations from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States have released a collaborative notice regarding the dangers linked to a method known as fast flux, which has been utilized by adversaries to hide a command-and-control (C2) pathway.
“‘Fast flux’ refers to a method employed to conceal the positions of harmful servers by frequently altering Domain Name System (DNS) records.”
