The Taiwanese semiconductor sector has emerged as a focal point of spear-phishing efforts executed by three Chinese state-backed threat groups.
“Victims of these efforts varied from firms engaged in the production, design, and evaluation of semiconductors and integrated circuits, to broader supply chain entities providing equipment and services within this industry, in addition to financial investment institutions.
