The Bauer Leaders Academy and the Olin Business School’s Bauer Leadership Center are welcoming seed grant applications from instructors across all fields to create a new course or enhance an existing one with content that encourages students to contemplate purpose and leadership. WashU interprets leadership as being separate from any specific role or title.

The funding application is currently accessible through InfoReady. Applications must be submitted by November 30.

The Bauer Leaders Academy is also organizing a relaxed breakfast from 8:30-10 a.m. on Thursday, September 11, in the Danforth University Center, Suite 160. Andrew Knight, the academy’s executive director, will share updates regarding the 2025-26 academic year and explain the application procedure for new and interested faculty. Please RSVP here.
