annual-review-of-retiree-myid-accounts-begins-may-6

Enterprise Information Technology Services is alerting retirees regarding the imminent yearly evaluation of MyID accounts.

This assessment procedure, initiated in 2023, guarantees that retirees can still access their UGA MyID and UGAMail while also safeguarding IT security.

Retirees who have not logged into their MyID accounts for a year or longer will start receiving notifications and reminders this month. These accounts will be classified as inactive and set for deactivation on July 31. To keep their accounts operational, retirees merely need to sign in.

This annual assessment aids in diminishing the likelihood of improper usage of retiree accounts and strengthens overall IT security at UGA.

For further details, retirees may reach out to Shannon Marable at [email protected].
