A 23-year-old Serbian youth advocate had their Android smartphone compromised by an undisclosed vulnerability created by Cellebrite to gain access to the device, as per a recent report from Amnesty International.
“The Android smartphone of one student demonstrator was compromised and accessed through an advanced zero-day exploit sequence aimed at Android USB drivers, designed by Cellebrite,” the global non-profit organization stated.
