Notice is provided pursuant to SEPA, RCW 43.21.C.080, indicating that the University of Washington undertook the action outlined below on May 30, 2025.

Any measures to annul, restrict, review, or otherwise contest such action based on claims of non-compliance with the stipulations in chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) must be initiated on or before June 30, 2025.

Overview of the proposed action: Sanctioning of the UMWC-Northwest Major Institution Master Plan by the Seattle City Council in Clerk File 314511. The site of the proposal is the UWMC-Northwest Major Institution Overlay Zone, typically enclosed by N 120th Street to the north; Burke Avenue N and a half block west of Meridian Ave N to the east; N 115th Street to the south; and aligning with Ashworth Ave N to the west.
