ConnectWise, the creator of remote access and support application ScreenConnect, has revealed that it fell prey to a cyber assault that it claims was probably executed by a nation-state threat entity.
“ConnectWise has recently discovered unusual activity in our ecosystem that we suspect was linked to an advanced nation-state adversary, affecting a very limited number of ScreenConnect.”
