Russian cyber adversaries have been linked to a government-backed initiative directed at Western logistics firms and technology corporations since 2022.
The operations have been evaluated as being coordinated by APT28 (also known as BlueDelta, Fancy Bear, or Forest Blizzard), which is associated with the Russian General Staff Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) 85th Main Special Service Center, Military Unit 26165.
