She mentioned that this movement aids digestion and regulates blood sugar levels, while also enhancing her sleep quality, heart and muscle wellness, and immune response. It has transformed into a delightful routine as it elevates her mood and provides a mental respite.

For those unable to venture outdoors for a walk, Laing suggests ascending and descending stairs, dancing to your preferred tunes, or performing some light stretching. When time allows, exploring new pursuits such as Pilates, kickboxing, or rock climbing is also advisable.
